The experience
Support for both sides of the conversation.
Finding a psychologist was only half the product. Practitioners also needed a clear way to manage clients, availability and consultations. I connected those two perspectives so the service could make sense to the people seeking help and those providing it.

My contribution
Make the first step feel manageable.
Long questionnaires made onboarding feel heavy. I guided exploration of a simpler route into matching and booking, using prototypes and stakeholder feedback to refine the experience. We also explored different consultation formats, keeping the focus on how people would find and access support.

A foundation to grow
One system behind a complex service.
I organised the design files and reusable library so new journeys could build on established patterns. The UI kit connected forms, profiles, appointments and clinical tools without making each screen a new design exercise.

What it enabled
A stronger starting point for a meaningful business.
The value was helping a founder turn an early idea into a clearer product and a practical design foundation. Working on a service intended to make mental-health support easier to access was especially rewarding.
Dr. Jonathan King, founder, credited our work with transforming the team’s insights and ideas into an easy-to-use product and service.
